Jon Drogheo, Principal of HRPartner Consulting is a Human Resources Professional and has earned a Masters Degree in Human Resource Studies with an emphasis in Organizational Performance and Change from Colorado State University in 2005.
Jon's extensive background with companies such as TIAA-CREF, Nextel Communications and Pitney Bowes has set the foundations of Human Resources Best Practices for HRPartner Consulting. Jon has developed and implemented projects for companies such as Talent Management Assessments, Manager Coaching Development, Employment Branding, and Employee Engagement Initiatives. Jon also serves as a Human Resources adviser to many top organizations (for-profit/non-profit), and leaders across the country.
An active member in the community, Jon serves on the Board of Directors for the Hispanic Annual Salute and Doane College Rocky Mt. Alumni Chapter. Jon is an active member of the Arvada Young Professionals group and in 2011 he was awarded the group's Leadership Award for his work in the Arvada Business Community and residents with his volunteer work and seminars he has hosted. He is also a volunteer instructor for Goodwill Industries of Denver's LISTOS program; teaching high school students about positive employee behaviors from skill building, resume writing, interviewing and providing extraordinary service. Jon also teaches voluntarily with Mi Casa Resource Center educating participants on identifying their skills and assessing strengths for the development of resumes and interview preparation.
